We built doineedelectrolytes.com because comparing electrolyte brands was unnecessarily hard. Every brand's website highlights different numbers in different formats, making side-by-side comparison almost impossible. We wanted one page where you could sort 17 brands by the metrics that actually matter.
The key metric most people miss is cost per gram of sodium. Two products can cost the same per serving but deliver wildly different amounts of sodium. A $1.50 serving with 1,000mg sodium is a completely different value than a $1.56 serving with 500mg. Per-serving price alone is misleading, so we normalize everything to $/g sodium across all 17 brands.
All data on this site is pulled directly from manufacturer websites and product labels. We check prices and formulations regularly and update the comparison table when things change. Every number in every article traces back to the same verified dataset.
We don't accept payment for placement or rankings. The data says what it says. This site is also not medical advice. If you have a medical condition like POTS, kidney disease, or hypertension, talk to your doctor before changing your electrolyte intake.
